The undersigned acting as incorporator(s) of a nonprofit corporation under the Tennessee Nonprofit Corporation Act adopts the following Articles of Incorporation:

2. This corporation is a public benefit corporation.
    This corporation is not a religious corporation.
    This corporation will not have members.

       educational,or other non-profit qualified purposes.
9. Purpose: The Sophronismics Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious,
      educational and/or scientific purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
