Equal Access in Education

The Equal Access Archives contain copies of various letters, newspaper and magazine articles, and documents - including court documents - relating to the issues of Equal Access in Education. These materials are divided into three categories: elementary and secondary education, post-secondary education, and public libraries. At this point, most of the materials relate to specific cases in the state of Tennessee. Additional materials are being added on a regular basis, however, and we welcome your comments and suggestions regarding the materials which are currently in the archives and other materials which you might like to see included.
